There are many different souvenirs of Lithuania available in the market and there are also the EuroBasket 2011 official souvenirs (Official Licensed Products).
We would like to alert consumers that the official products/souvenirs are named Official Licensed Products and the only companies that can produce these official products are IVEGA and UNIKALU.
No other manufacturers have rights to produce such products. These products will be sold in different retailers in Lithuania.

"Our licensed products' design is based on the marks of the event and therefore inspired by the symbolism of the EuroBasket and the official mascot, Amberis," says Jūratė Čemerkienė, Production Director of Ivega.
Ivega has produced a variety of t-shirts for men, women and children with different symbols of EuroBasket 2011 and the national flags of the participating countries.
Amongst the other product categories IVEGA also makes available are items such as scarves, hats, caps, bags, toys, wristbands, cups, pins, key-chains and other souvenirs.
"We have been working with different basketball teams and organizations for many years. So we have a good understanding about what works for the basketball fans and what is interesting for them,", says Čemerkienė.

The other line of the Official Licensed Products is associated with old Lithuanian traditions and the traditional Lithuanian masks of Mardi Gras.
"Transforming the traditional Mardi Gras masks we create new traditions. Sport competitions are modern rituals and what are rituals without masks, attributes and magic? Fans in numerous countries use masks and other "cult" onjects such as face painting and ritual dances during games," says Tadas Gutauskas, famous Lithuanian sculptor and artist behind the line of Unikalu.lt souvenirs.
According to well known Lithuanian ethnologist Dr. Libertas Klimka, the Lithuanian Mardi Gras masks are the most archaic in Europe and very original. That is why they were chosen as the main theme for this line of the souvenirs.
One role of masks is to intimidate the rival. But with the Unikalu.lt masks, this is done with humour and playfullness.
It is the first time in European basketball history that an Official Licensed Products line inspired by ethnological traditions is developed.
This specific line of products includes masks, T-shirts, polo shirts, amulets, hats, stickers and sound instruments.
All the official licensed products of the EuroBasket 2011 can be bought online at www.ivega.com and www.unikalu.lt or in shops and outlets of Sportland, IKI, Statoil gas stations and airports in Lithuania, as well as at the Vilnius Tourism Information Center.
Please be aware that any of the official licensed products uses the same labels and packaging look and is named as an Official Licensed Product and also carries the name of the company that produces it in the hang tags or any other packaging. Any product that doesn't bare these trademarks is not official
