Lukasz Koszarek and Poland will look to boost their chances of reaching the next round when they face Turkey

Great Britain v Portugal - Sunday at 15:15 (14:15 CET)

Great Britain and Portugal square off in a battle of winless teams on Sunday in Panevezys.

Great Britain's Robert Archibald missed the opening three games through illness but could feature
against Portugal in the Group A game.

The Brits could use his size because they have been outrounded in their three defeats.

Portugal seek their first victory since arriving in Lithuania via the Additional Qualifying Round.

Mario Palma's men pushed Poland to the limit before falling 81-73 on Friday.

"We are going to leave everything on the court to beat them," said Portugal center Miguel Miranda.

"We showed an improvement against Poland and we are determined to get our first win against Great Britain."

If they are to suceed Mario Palma's men will have to limit GB star Luol Deng, who is averaging 21.3 points per game.

 

Poland v Turkey - Sunday at 17:45 (16:45 CET)

Turkey will look to bounce back from Friday's 75-68 defeat to Lithuania which marked their first loss at the EuroBasket when they take on an inspired Poland on Sunday.

Ales Pipan's men beat Portugal 81-73 - their first win in the tournament.

That success kept alive Poland's hopes of progressing.

"We got the win which is the most important thing," said Poland's Lukasz Koszarek.

"Now we have to continue to improve and give our all against Turkey."

Poland outrebounded Portugal 39-25 and will need to be tenacious on the boards to have a chance against Turkey.
