Lukasz Wisniewski is another guard who has no experience in European club competition or with the senior National Team but is now pushing to be given a chance at the elite level after proving himself as a solid player in the Polish league. He is predominantly a playmaker but can also play the two if needed. He is capable of scoring and relies on some excellent athleticism and quickness to get results. He loves to run the fast break and is capable of dunking in transition, often initiated by his quick hands defensively which forces plenty of turnovers. His aggressive approach to defence and ability to pressure the ball could possibly be utilised by Coach Pipan if he makes the final cut. He will play for Trefl Sopot during the forthcoming 2011-12 season.
