Mirza Begic is a center that spent last season with Spanish giants Real Madrid and experienced Euroleague Final Four action earlier this year, although it wasn't the greatest experience with Real failing to win a single game in Barcelona. He is one of the tallest players in European basketball and has a safe pair of hands to compliment his wide-range of post-moves, a sweet fade-away jumper, and an often unstoppable hook shot. Begic is also a fantastic rebounder, which is hardly surprising but something that is a real bonus is just how energetic and mobile he is for a big man. Begic can move quickly which creates problems for most of his defensive match-ups. Coming off a reasonable season in Spain, he still needs to work on his offensive footwork, which can be suspect and also his ability to see others around the floor.
