Ksistof Lavrinovic had to sit out last summer due to an injury and after missing his first tournament in seven years, is likely to be back competing at EuroBasket 2011and confirming his status as one of the leading big men for Lithuania. He has the capacity to really cause problems for opponents inside and showed his qualities once again with the all-conquering Montepaschi Siena team who not only won more titles in Italy but also reached the Euroleague Final Four. It was the fourth successive campaign playing in Euroleague for the center who has never failed to register double digits which further highlights his capabilities. Offensively he has good range and can be difficult to stop down low while he will also contribute with rebounding.
