While Giorgi Gamqrelidze didn't find a huge amount of minutes last summer during the Qualifying Round, but he is still an important part of the rotation coming off the bench. He did as much as he could last season in the German league to underline his qualities at both ends of the floor. He is a solid defender while at the offensive end he possesses great court vision which was one of the reasons he finished his campaign in the BBL with 3.7 assists per game. He was regularly an All Star player when he played in his homeland and in addition to his strong skill-set, he is also known for his work ethic. If he were to improve his perimeter shot, he could make an even greater impact. |
