Damjan Stojanovski comes into the summer of 2011 after producing the best season of his career during what was his first season overseas. He was sensational from the perimeter for Bulgarian team Lukoil Academic and finished the season as the most deadly three-point shooter in EuroChallenge. His percentage of over 53% from downtown was superb and if he brings anywhere close to that kind of form into EuroBasket 2011, then it will be a huge bonus for FYR of Macedonia. While he didn't necessarily play a significant role two years ago in Poland, after averaging almost 20 minutes per game last summer during qualification, Stojanovski could find himself with a greater opportunity to showcase his skills. His capacity for rebounding effectively will be important as well.
