Mrvis' scored on a driving lay-up in the third quarter that helped the Slovak Republic rally from 43-35 down to pull out the victory. |

Czech Republic are beginning to look the class act in Division B after they followed up their win against neighbours Slovak Republic with a 93-50 rout of Cyprus in Decin. The home team ran riot from tip to buzzer and leading the way was Pavel Slezak who buried four triples for 17 points. |

Poland showed why they are a division apart from the Slovak Republic as they enjoyed two comfortable wins this weekend with both teams warming up for their respective EuroBasket qualifying campaigns. Division A Poland won their opener 108-57 against the Division B opponents in Lodz, and then followed that up with a 70-46 victory a day later. |
