Roundup: Czechs Need OT, Sweden Triumph In Baku
Czech Republic will head into next summer's EuroBasket Division B campaign as the only unbeaten team in the competition and with the task of defending their perfect record after they quite literally worked overtime for a thrilling 99-92 victory in Switzerland.

Czech Republic are beginning to look the class act in Division B after they followed up their win against neighbours Slovak Republic with a 93-50 rout of Cyprus in Decin. The home team ran riot from tip to buzzer and leading the way was Pavel Slezak who buried four triples for 17 points.

Czech Republic Win Sofia Tournament
The Czech Republic laid down another marker for their EuroBasket Division B campaign as they claimed victory in the Sofia Award tournament with a 91-87 overtime victory over hosts and Division A side Bulgaria in Tuesday's final.

In a game that was close throughout, the Czechs led 40-34 at half-time but saw that lead quickly evaporate after the break as Bulgaria pulled back in front, albeit narrowly.
