Team 2010-11: Estudiantes (Spain-ACB) Career: Estudiantes (Spain-ACB, 2006-07), Breogan (Spain-LEB1, 2007-09), Estudiantes (Spain-ACB, 2009-11)
Having only really broken into the Great Britain team in a big way in the last 12-18 months, Dan Clark was one of the biggest bright spots for Coach Finch last summer during the Qualifying Round. The 22-year-old showed more than a fleeting glimpse of the enormous promise he has to deliver at the elite level with Finch praising his development and durability. The play-caller has spoken of Clark evolving into a small forward and with his ability to deliver from the perimeter, this kind of versatility gives the team lots of options. An intelligent player with plenty of court-smarts, he could be a real ‘X Factor' for Great Britain, especially if he finds the hot hand from downtown. To date, Clark has spent his entire career playing in Spain. |
