Elishay Kaadir is a rising star who plans to serve the Israeli National Team in the years to come. He now looks ready to make the step up to international level after a solid season with Maccabi Haifa, who he joined after the briefest of stints at Maccabi Tel Aviv. A mobile power forward that can score, rebound and pass, he is yet to develop an outside shot and perhaps needs to improve his foul shooting, but can certainly continue to be a force off the bench. He failed to make the roster for the last two summers but time is still on the side of the Israeli Super League MVP of 2010 when he produced a great break-through campaign. He has since shown he can translate the potential he carried in his youth days into real contribution in the senior level having also played EuroChallenge with Maccabi Haifa last season.
