10. Kerem Tunçeri (Turkey)
Turkey's Tunçeri taking a blow to the face in the game against Lithuania. The point guard will return however, unlike Petravicius and Tomas

Turkey are hoping to have Kerem Tunceri back in the line-up as soon as possible after the veteran guard took a blow to the cheek in the country's defeat to Lithuania.

Tunceri exited Friday's game and was later taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.

The news is not good for Lithuania, who despite winning for a third straight game on Friday suffered a big loss with center Marijonas Petravicius ruled out for the remainder of the EuroBasket with a lung problem.

Petravicius complained after the game that he is was unwell and after being examined by doctors, it was determined he would not be able to return to the court for at least a month.

"Clearly, losing Marijonas is a big blow for us," said Lithuania coach Kesturis Kemzura. "But we have 11 players, who are willing to fight."

Meanwhile Croatian guard Marko Tomas has flown back home to Zagreb having been ruled out of action for up to two months with a hamstring injury sustained last Thursday in the loss to F.Y.R. of Macedonia.

It's a case of an unwanted déjà vu for Tomas who hasn't had the best of luck when it comes to EuroBasket Final Round.

In addition to having his Lithuanian adventure cut short, he also missed out in 2009 after suffering a last minute leg injury which ruled him out of the tournament.
