Game Hero: Poland's Dardan Berisha made the crucial basket and had a game-high 21 points on seven of 11 (64%) shooting from the floor.

Stats Don't Lie: Poland shot 10 of 22 (45%) from behind the arc while Turkey finished four of 17 (24%). Turkey outrebounded Poland 31-21.Poland stunned Turkey 84-83 with their best performance so far at the EuroBasket to remain firmly in the hunt for a place in the next phase of the competition.



Kerem Tunceri missed a potential game-winning three-pointer at the death for Turkey after Dardan Berisha's jumper had given Poland a one-point lead.

Berisha was outstanding for the Poles, pouring in a game-high 21 points and he was one of the four Polish players to finish in double figures.

Despite being outrebounded 31-21, the Poles made most of the damage from behind the arc.

They shot 10 of 22 (45%) from three-point range while Turkey finished four of 17 (24%).

Poland led 39-35 at the break but trailed 75-68 with 4:52 to go.

They reeled off seven consecutive points to tie the contest at 75-75.

Enes Kanter led Turkey with 19 points.

Poland take on Great Britain on Monday while Turkey face Spain with all the four teams still with a chance to progress.
