Weak Wade and Miami lost to Milwaukee

Milwaukee Bucks maintained their good recent form and recorded a third consecutive victory, beating the Miami Heat as a guest 91-79. The Bucks have recorded four wins in five games in the last week, and their balance this season is 19-25, while Miami are on a run of two consecutive defeats (total record 23-19).

Khris Middleton was the best for the visitors from Wisconsin. He scored 22 points, 7 rebounds and made 7 assists and 2 steals. Greg Monroe achieved “double-double” with 15 points and 10 rebounds, while the Greek player Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 14 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 blocked shot.

The best on the pitch, Middleton was happy with the success. “Our rotations were right,” he said with a smile on his face.

Miami Heath were without their injured playmakers – the Slovenian Goran Dragic and Beno Udrih. Their performance in the shooting was the lowest of the whole season so far – only 36.5%, maybe because of the lack of their 4 key players. Moreover, Miami failed to score at least 80 points for the second straight match. The Heat were also without Josh McRoberts and Chris Andersen, both are suffering from knee injuries and there is no date of their returning to the pitch.

Greivis Vasquez (right ankle) and O.J. Mayo (left hamstring) were sidelined for Milwaukee. Their coach Jason Kidd was also missing (hip surgery).

Dwyane Wade played terribly in the game and scored just two points in 21 minutes. His shooting was awful too – 1/6. The other key player Although Tyler Johnson was on the pitch 34 minutes, nut couldn’t score any of his attempts in the game. Wade made kind of record. That was the third time in his career (973 matches played) when he plays for at least 20 minutes and failures to record more than two points. However, that’s maybe because of his shoulder injury.

“When don’t have your whole team out there, it’s tough on everyone, game to game, night to night. We’ve got to figure it out and got to weather the storm,” Wade said after the match.

The top scorers of the game were Hassan Whiteside and Chris Bosh, both recorded 23 points. Whiteside showed one of his most impressive performances – he finished with 18 rebounds. The third player on the home team with double-digit performance was Luol Deng, who scored 11 points.

Milwaukee will visit Houston, while the next Miami’s match is a trip to Washington, DC.
